Gull Point sits on 23 beautifully landscaped acres and includes 166 homes, a pool, two ponds, two gazebos and our private marina.
Residents have fee simple condominium ownership of their homes and an undivided share of the community grounds and amenities.
The condo fee is $185 per month and covers building insurance, trash removal, use of the pool, all exterior maintenance of home (except screens) and grounds, use of crabbing dock and gazebos, and management.
Boat slips can be rented by our owners on an annual basis. In 2008, the cost of renting a slip for the season is $600.
